Log into your account on the Checkers and Rally’s mobile app or view your account online at the link below. When you get to the Rewards Page, click Login, and enter your username and password on the next page. Once you have logged in, you can check your account balance by selecting the “Account Balance” link. You can also review your account history by selecting the “Transaction History” link.

Guests will earn 5 points for every $1 they spend. Once a guest collects 400 points they will receive a $5 reward which is automatically added to their Rewards Wallet. The reward can be used on the next visit simply by checking in using the Checkers and Rally’s mobile app or by providing your account phone number to the cashier at the time of purchase.

No one gets your question clearly but if I had to guess your probably mad the order was wrong and that they wanted you to pick up the missing food. You ordered delivery to avoid going yourself. You have a right to be upset but this is really no question at all. Next time you use Uber Eats put a note to have the driver check the bag to ensure the order is complete before accepting it and coming to your house for delivery. Most drivers just grab the bag and go no questions asked. They just assume the restaurant has it correct but mistakes happen all the time. I know. I've been in the food industry for 16 years now
