Horriddddd.... Receptionist are gonna bring this place down.. I suggest finding a family doctor, they are not it.. especially essex st.. they don't even answer the phone.. they do not tell new patients that they have a freaking parking garage above them so your left searching 15-20 mins for a parking.. You can't call cause no one answers.. the receptionist are literally no help.. it's a ish show really..

The doctor I worked with was alarmist and frankly very judgmental. He completely misdiagnosed me because of preconceived judgements he had about my personal life as a young woman. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable and I wish I had never stepped foot in there.

The worst experience I've ever had with a medical provider. We brought our son here for his first well visit and I couldn't even tell you which pediatrician we saw because she never introduced herself. I got a bad feeling when we walked in and the office was very dingy and didn't look particularly clean. The pediatrician came into the room and said our baby lost too much weight and we would have to take him back to the hospital (which was within the normal range when we saw another pediatrician), he had terrible jaundice (he had a mild case resolved by feeding and sunlight), and walked out of the room without asking us if we had any questions or addressing any of our concerns. This would be a terrible experience for any parents but particularly for first time ones. The only positive thing I can say about the office is that the nurse was great. I would avoid this office at all costs.

The receptionist failed to inform me that filling out the paperwork she handed me would be an additional charge. I was charged $30 for a “behavioral assessment” when all I was there for was a physical. I won’t be returning.
