Don't know what kind of business are these guys running. I made my FIST CALL on May 23 to get an appointment for Jun-19 after sharing all my personal details. I had requested for an earlier slot in case anything opens up. I had called them SECOND TIME again on May 27 to see if they could see me earlier as I was having some pain but they couldn't give an early date however, they noted my details again because 'the agent who noted the details was on leave and they couldn't find me in the system' and the person on the call gave an assurance that they will call me in case anyone cancels. Now I called them for the THIRD TIME on Jun-19, to cancel my appointment and these fools couldn't find me in the system again. I was glad I called them in advance rather than seeing them personally to find out that they don't have me in the system.

This is my worst experience with any clinic ever. When I went to my first appointment, they told me they've rescheduled my appointment to an earlier time that day due to a learning event. They blamed me for being late but I wasn't aware of the rescheduling. They made me another appointment. When I went to the appointment a second time, they failed to find the appointment anywhere in the system. They wasted my time twice (I have to take time off from work) and delayed my normal cleaning cycle by at least 4 months.
