This park is a good area to live but the management people need to understand we live in the 2020 year we can’t live with a internet service from year 2000 (18megabytes) super slow the maximum speed now is (1gb), how is it possible the park doesn’t allow another companies like (frontier or spectrum) go inside the park, just because the owner doesn’t want to pay for the cable installation under the floor..we need to talk with HUD and the residents make complaints to request better internet company services because we pay a space rent and we deserve better internet for our kids especially now because the school will be online school for this pandemic... ALL RESIDENTS WE NEED TO CALL TO HUD AND MAKE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE OWNER OF THE PARK.

This Park needs to allow more internet servers in the park because AT&T has the slowest internet ever and that’s the only one they allow here because the Park doesn’t want to pay more money and with all this going on we need BETTER INTERNET for our kids that have to do online school! So bottom line is $900+ depending on consumption rate. My question is what is the gardening requirements of the lots? Watering to keep alive doomed flora is pricey.

You would have to talk with management personally I didn't see any signs showing for rent but I did see empty spaces without a mobile home.. if you own a mobile home there possible empty lots available

According to space For a single like $ 650 and double between 750 or 800 ... plus garbage and sewage. Which is like $ 45 each, and lz and gas .... water.
I pay about $500.00 per/month, rialto is a rent control city, rent goes up 6% a year
