Haydin S. provided the best customer service that we could have ever asked for!!! He is absolutely the BEST!! My boyfriend and I had been all over town, scrounging to get him a suit before a wedding we have this next weekend. Talk about stressful! We walked into Men's Wearhouse and Haydin immediately walked over to us and began to help us piece together the best suit ever. He was funny, personable and instantly we felt at ease. Next time we need anything suit related we will be stopping by the Fort Collins Men's Wearhouse to see Haydin!

We used this Men's Wearhouse for the groom's party suit rentals and I am disappointed with the service we had. Anytime we had to come in, we had long waits (even with only 1 other person in the store) and felt like the staff didn't want to help us. The only reason they have two stars for this review is because the rest of the party had fine service when they went in and the suits were stunning the day of the wedding. However, as the bride and groom, we received little to no help with our order, and despite our note that no one but us could change the party, this was ignored. This led to a great deal of back and forth and more effort on top of the other wedding plans. If you do us this location for suit rentals, ask for Alex as he was the only one who really gave us service that was top notch. He ensured we had no questions, that everything fit well, and that we were taken care of. Otherwise, I would recommend going through Black Tux with David's Bridal.

Went in to get a new shirt for interviews, was greeted right away by Ashlee. She helped take my measurements and spent at least half an hour going through shirts with me until I found one I liked and that fit. Was my first experience at a Men's Warehouse and I would happily go back again.

I ordered a suit and some new work clothes almost 6 weeks ago. Like many things these days, my suit was on back order. After being shipped I experienced more delays due to shipping! At that moment in time I was not a happy customer due to several missed expected due dates on my clothing. I decided to call the store and talked with Dante the store manager. Dante went above and beyond to do everything in his power to make the situation right. He personally started tracking my suit and called and updated me on several occasions. When my suit came in he coordinated his best tailor to measure me and tailor my suit on the same day! Dante made a Big difference in my experience. There are many things in business that are out of the people that you deal withs control but Dante went above and beyond to fix everything he could and to make me a 100% satisfied customer. Even with all the delays, Dante got me my suit in the promised timeframe! I am and will always be a proud customer of the Men’s Warehouse with people like Dante working hard to meet deadlines. Turning a negative experience to a fully positive experience is nothing short of excellent customer service. Thank you Dante!

When I bought my pants there they sent them out to be altered. So they don't do it "in house" but I think they'll handle it for you.
