I’ve called this branch no less than 30 times. Nobody has ever picked up the phone. Why even leave the number if I’m just gonna get transferred to the customer service center on the other side of the globe? Awful awful awful.

Citibank is a big bank, but at their branch they DON’T have nice employees! all is soooo rude and mean! especially this location, no greeting, no smile. I called this location 2 days ago, I didn’t get her name , but whoever answer my call is SO RUDE! been here few times, there’s 1 lady super rude and mean all the time! i got her once, but since then i will skip my line not to get her. She’s all the way at the right window, with the long hair. even other customer talk to her , her face is straight no smile , but ONLY MEAN reaction! If i called Citibank call center all is nice, but not the branch staffs! compare to other big bank , they super nice everytime i come to the branch. That’ why if not on urgent i will not come to branch .

This branch is a safe haven for criminals. They allow people to make withdrawls with phony cards and then do nothing. They will let any person walk in and use their ATM machine with fake cards to clean out checking and savings accounts EVEN IF YOU DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT THERE. I had my checking account cleaned out from my non CitiBank account at this branch. The manager and employees will not help or answer any questions so they may be in on the scam, im not sure. This branch appears to be a front for a criminal organization. Please if you value your money DO NOT BANK here. The manager appears to be in on it, she was very rude and refused to talk with me about the issue and became very defensive with me asking simple questions. Investigation on going.

Nope you will need both
They have a number but they don't answer the phone so it is pointless to ever call them. Honestly this is probably the worst bank in the United States you should not bank there it has been a complete nightmare for me.
I believe you have to have an account. Its not like Western Union.
