I had the MOST PRODUCTIVE experience at PNB Woodside, NY today. ANELYN ABIERA and ANNA JEAN BAUTISTA went above and beyond their responsibilities to assist me with my SSSPh transaction. So KIND and HELPFUL! FYI PNB Woodside phone system just got fixed.

Knowing the pandemic situation, I tried calling 4 times every after 15 minutes to inquire about something. I don’t know why they advertise their phone number when they don’t have any intention to answer calls…Very disappointed!

Please use other branch. This branch has the unpleasant and not so nice Employee. I agree to everyone's rating. If I can give zero star I will. So sad their my fellow country men. But its so unacceptable the way they treat me when I pay my bills.

I have been calling the Woodside branch since last month and it says it will be closed until further notice. May I know when its gonna open?

I contacted PNB Manhattan today May 7 and their automated machine service says that Queens branch is still close until further notice.

If I have a checking account in the Philippines and was open by this branch, can I bank to bank transfer? This is local bank transfer. Can I do the transaction to this Queens branch location.

you are better off calling the customer service at PNB, I have an acct with them in the philippines n if I will deposit using their branches here that is considered remittance n they charge me everytime 😔
