I had one of the worst customer service experience today...I was here on this location to make a cash withdrawal, 4 people were ahead of me,I checked the time, it was 3:06 pm, when I thought my turn came in, I walked to the the tellers window, the teller saw me but never said a word, she apparently ignored me; I patiently kept waiting for her but I after waiting for about 5 minutes she walk away and finally said something, oh I didn't call nobody? That really made me upset. I just opened a checking account at CapitalOne Bank but I have been a customer for more than 10 years because I have a few credit card accounts with them... I was supposed to be in and out of this bank in 10 minutes but when I checked the time, it was 3:23 pm...almost 30 minutes to make a cash withdrawal... It's this the worst customer service experience that I have ever had at a banks branch? The answer is a definitely Yes! I'd not recommend anyone to open a checking account at CapitalOne... Don't waste your time here. If you are looking for good customers service Experience, I'd recommend you Chase bank, Citibank or TD bank.

Went into the bank to get a cashiers chk, Currently have 6 credit cards with this bank but dont really use my bank account becuase of the bad service I received previously from this bank, But yet again the teller was slow and acted like she was stuck on stupid, and treated me like I was a criminal. She was also somewhat rude. I later called to speak to the branch Manager a Peter Brown and was put on hold and never connected due to the fact they knew I was calling about my experience at the branch. I emailed the corp office and someone said they would call me about my experience at the bank on August 11 2022 3pm Indian/spanish woman
