This place used to be just fine. You'd walk in, sit down for a bit, then be on your way. Now, you have to schedule everything in advance, even the most basic renewals for a driver's license. The problem is that their absolutely terrible website doesn't work. I've made 3 appointments and none of them have been what I was scheduled for. They always change to the default appointment no matter what I do. Their website just doesn't work. This once streamlined DMV is now a stereotypical nightmare.

I couldn't take an photos but I went there to file a police report for fraud stolen identity an they were just amazing an wonderful then somehow I misplaced my document to take down to the DMV I called again talked to a very nice guy over the phone an said he told me they would have it ready the next morning since they open at 8am an I went down approach the window an they had it ready for me the ladies was wonderful right there they pulled it out handed it to mean it was out the door less than 5 minutes. Thank you so much to the gentleman I talked to

Excellent experience! It is by appointment only right now, but I arrived a few minutes early and was seen right away. The clerk was very nice and super helpful! The whole thing took less then ten minutes from the moment I walked into the building.

The staff are friendly but the system is a mess. I made an appointment for a license renewal, waited 45 minutes to be seen, then another 20 minutes for my photo to be taken. A woman that had an appointment after me was helped and out of the building before they helped me. Very disappointed.
