Stopped in to get lice treatment kit ended up wasting 25 minutes of my time. There was 1 lady behind the counter the pharmacy thar was so involved that she just kept sitting there scanning medications and ignoring me. Well sorry she didn't ignore me she told me that I'd have to continue to wait. I guess scanning meds is super important. After saying loudly where is the lice treatment kits i was instructed that it was down isle 3. Was never able to find it because Isle 3 runs half of the store. When I tried to stop an employee who was avoiding me to get assistance I was told that he'd be right back only to find the a**hole outside smoking a cigarette. Next level customer service right here folks!!! Incase you've never been helped before you're not gonna get it here. That was a 25 minute waste of my day with my child awesome. Never did find what I was looking for. Good job folks ya worked real hard for this 1 star.

This is my family's main pharmacy and I would switch if it weren't right next to Holy Family, where I work. It's a 45 minute wait at the drive thru window almost every time I go. The staff are typically unhelpful and unfriendly to both me and my husband. Every once in awhile a staff member is actually friendly but it's a rare occurrence here. I went this morning for a flu shot and the store was dirty, there was garbage on the floor, chairs so disgusting I didn't want to sit on them, and I had to wait 40 minutes even though the store was almost empty. The pharmacist who gave me my shot barely said a word to me. He just gave me the shot and shooed me out the door. The pharmacy staff treat customers like they're an inconvenience. I would be so embarrassed to treat my patients like this. What a shame, this store was really nice when it opened and the staff was friendly and helpful. It has just gone downhill ever since.

I was discharged from the hospital last night and against my better judgement decided to try and fill my prescriptions here. I walked up to the drop off window and was ignored for several minutes until a very rude woman came over and announced “you can drop this off if you want to but it’s not going to be ready tonight”. Whatever happened to customer service and being treated with decency?! The pharmacy didn’t close for another hour and I never once said I needed the prescription that night, in fact she never asked me at all. Rudest customer service and I will never be back. I will go to my friendly neighborhood pharmacy thanks ✌️

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Yes, there has been times I have had to wait for a prescription longer then I've wanted to, (usually on a brand new prescription ) but, I try to avoid that by ordering my prescription on the phone, in advance. They text when its ready for pick up. They have been very accomadating in working with my insurance and dealing with doctors on follow thru. This store is modern, clean and well organized. There are always great deals, especially on seasonal items. They regularly have Bogo deals, which is helpful on name brand products. I might not be able to afford elsewhere. Their loyalty program is helpful, as well. Since this store is open 24 hours, I tend to rely on it for last minute shopping during the holidays. I enjoy shopping here.
