This place was great the guys working were awesome, and my shoes look and feel fantastic. The price was a little higher than I hoped for but hey it is like buying a really nice new pair of shoes that already fit perfect.

I had a shoe where the stitching had broken and needed to be replaced. It was a small repair and he said to come back later in the day to pick it up. I went back and he didn’t even charge me! I tried paying him but he declined. I have been going here for different repairs and have never been disappointed. Great store, great service!

I had a fine experience with this business having my boots stretched. It was very reasonably priced, done on time, the owner was also knowledgeable and helpful instructing me how to care for them. He offered to have me bring them back to be stretched further if I needed to and told me he doesn't charge for that. His hours are a little goofy but I understand it's a unique business best suited to being a one-man operation so I just called before I headed over to pick up my boots.

Don't ever take a pair of shoes you care about to this place. I took in a $200 pair of brown Italian leather dress shoes to be resoled. They were promised on Aug 5 but were not ready until the 16th. He basically put boot soles on them and turned a pair of dress shoes into boots. He also stained the side of the soles black to match the soles and got black stain all over the leather. He didn't even fix the part of the sole we wanted repaired. He did offer to try to fix them but after leaving them for a month to be fixed the first time and seeing what he accomplished, I can't imagine what kind of damage he could do if given another chance. He expects payment in advance because he sets his own hours and you can never catch him at the shop. If you want a pair of shoes ruined, this is your guy.
