I’m not a regular customer as I’m visiting NYC. My glasses broke so I dropped in on the off chance. The guy in the store helped me out and was able to do the repair. Great staff and excellent service!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because their customer service was superb. From the moment I spoke with them on the phone to purchasing new pair of prescription glasses, they were thorough, transparent, and helpful. I am beyond impressed by their collections and will be coming back!

We always do our best to accommodate walk in appointments and we are usually successful. However, it's always easiest to have an appointment because if a person with an appointment walks in we have to put them in first.
