Most disappointing Courtyard that I have stayed in by far. Rooms were ok but could hear all conversations in adjoining rooms. Parking was very difficult due to adjoining hotels using same parking lot. Very few handicap parking spaces that were always occupied. Rooms were not serviced on daily basis. Common hallways were very dirty. Not vacuumed during 3 night stay. Elevators had dirt and mud in cabs. Not cleaned up for last two days of stay. Elevator lobbies had coffee spots that were apparently ignored by Housekeeping and Management. Rates went from $54.00 the first night to $179.00 the 3rd night. Never have stayed in a Marriott where the room rates had dramatic rate increases by the day, especially during weekday stays. Location was good for all tourist sites, but overall very unsatisfied with the rate discrepancies and cleanliness of hotel. Not recommended. Will not stay here again

The walls have unusually poor soundproofing. I was assigned a connecting room on check-in, and even though I had the connecting door closed the whole time, I could hear everything going on in the other room, including their conversations and what shows they were watching on TV. For a few of the nights I was here, I was even able to hear snoring from the other room on the other non-connecting side. With that being said, everything else was excellent. The hotel is relatively new and very well-maintained. The room I had was clean, straightforward, modern, and bright. The hotel staff is great, and the restaurant staff is caring and attentive. The machines in the laundry room are also new and have credit card readers so you won't have to worry about coins.

Nice, new hotel. I normally stay across the way at the Radisson when visiting our family in Rapid City. I gave 3 stars because the walls are unbelievably thin, you can hear EVERYTHING. I was woken up on our last day by our neighbors television blaring at 4:30 AM? Also you can hear the cars up and down I90 and parking is hard to find. The staff is extremely friendly and the hotel was clean. The beds were not the most comfortable, another reason I would choose to stay elsewhere. The gym is great if you like to work out. I just don't see myself staying here due to the thin walls, I have a hard time sleeping as is, and hearing everything doesn't help.

Very nice hotel! We didn't stay here, but have been here for different events for the Box Elder community. This hotel has hosted a couple events for Box Elder and the turn out has been really good. Bathrooms were nice and clean as well.
