The facility was beautiful, staff was amazing!!! 50 years ago we celebrated our wedding reception at the Mirabeau (then the Lamplighter) on July 15th we celebrated our 50 anniversary. The staff, especially Lori, went out of their way to make it special for us and our whole family that came and stayed. The waitress who handled all the food & drink orders couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. The rooms were perfect, the restaurant as good as advertised, and the venue in the courtyard brought back lasting memories. Thank you to everyone at the Mirabeau who helped make our event a time we will never forget!!

Location is great! Just on the edge of Spokane if traveling through makes it great for easy on and off of the interstate. Affordability was reasonably, I booked online through Priceline, and when I checked in there was an additional $75 damage fee and basically a whole contract to initial and sign saying you agree, you won't smoke, etc.. Or you pay us more! The customer service was friendly and helpful, answered all my questions, and were patient. The room was clean had a large stain on the carpet near the television stand, the room smelled musty (dingy) like an old hotel, however looked like it had been updated. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was large. I did not get around to exploring the pool or the rest of the facility. However, I do look forward trying their breakfast!

This is a really nice hotel, I was impressed, it was clean, great accomodations, I even took the soap from the room because it smelt good. They have a pool and a jacuzzi. The hotel is somewhat haunted, as I felt like someone was following on the 3rd floor but nobody was there which was cool but don't let that stop you from coming to this awesome hotel. They got everything you need and they have a lot of businesses within walking distance of the hotel so it was nice. They do have wheelchair accessible and child friendly areas. Fun for the whole family and young adults looking to enjoy their adulthood. And they even have a nice walk in shower that is big enough to sit down in.

It didn't really look like a hotel when you first pulled up, so you weren't sure if the front was the entrance of the convention center or the hotel but definitely do not let the cover dictate the book. This hotel was very well maintained, clean, and staff was amazing. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is for a few things I think they could work on. 1) There was room service available but no menu, nor no instructions on how to call room service. Yes, probably could have asked guest service but thought it was a bit weird. 2) Max Restaurant was very upscale. Maybe a bit too upscale??? Not really complaining but hard to find something for our picky eaters to eat in the evenings. With that being said, HIGHLY recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. The complimentary breakfast was a smaller menu than their amazing full menu breakfast menu but still amazing. This full size, made to order breakfast were an amazing start to your morning. They had some grab and go options but I suggest making yourself go to breakfast. 3) This is a really silly thing to complain about but having the option of robes are a luxury most hotels do not offer. Giddy with the idea of getting to snuggle into a robe after a shower, the One-Size-Fits-Small was a little disappointing. Again, small complaint but maybe a thought for the future. Overall, definitely would stay here again. Hotel room was very clean, bed was comfortable, AC sounded like it maybe on it's last leg but it worked great... just a bit loud, close to downtown Spokane and shopping. I would say I give this 4.5 stars out 5.

Yes they have 4 large flat-screen TVs in the lounge area.
We can usually arrange that at no charge.
It is not free breakfast. I had breakfast vouchers for a convention I was attending there, but otherwise they only have one restaurant in the hotel and it is pricy

We believe that although it may be on the slightly higher side for breakfast prices, the servings are very generous in portion size and very delicious at MAX at mirabeau. We also take pride in providing excellent service and an exciting atmosphere. Please come give us a try!
Yes just call and arrange pick up in advance. It's $40 round trip
Yes, we will be having a Christmas buffet.
Closing times: Sunday = midnight Mon-Thurs = 1am Fri-Sat = 2am
As most others have said---and as I manage a hotel---it would depend on demand the night before your check in and if housekeeping finished the room reserved for you by that time. I cannot imagine that they would not let you check in early if it was ready and, therefore, available. It is a question for the hotel, though. I HAVE stayed in some hotels that are rigid about check in time, a stupid policy in my view. This is a great hotel, one of the best in the valley. I would expect them to be accommodating.
119. A night.
