Pizza was undercooked and it's the second time I was lied to by delivery drivers. The time prior to this order I ordered bbq wings and cheese bread when it arrived I asked the delivery driver if Domino's was still charging a delivery fee, and the driver told me No they were Not. So I gave him a larger tip.(I'm always a generous tipper). Then this weekend I order a pizza for delivery and I find out yes Domino's is charging delivery fees still. I was told by the man on the phone when I called that the driver would be able to break a $ 20 for me when he arrives he tells me he doesn't give change at all so I paid $40 dollars for a dang pizza. I called the store to tell them and they didn't seem care. I live in a 55 plus community so it's senior's on fixed incomes that the drivers are taking advantage of.

Placed order in store. 2 pizzas no sauce on either pizza. Got home with the pizzas and one had sauce. Had to go back. On the way called and let store know i was coming back to have pizza replaced and why. No sorry's no apologies offered. Stood in store being ignored until someone finally asked if i was the return pizza. Said yes and they simply handed me the pizza. Again no sorry or apology or even a compensation was offered.

Pizza arrived completely smashed into one side of the box. Delivery driver dropped off and "escaped" surprisingly quickly despite a generous tip, so I should've known something was wrong. I called the store and the manager on duty had all the listening skills and customer care of a robot. I'd avoid this particular location if possible. Receiving a mashed-up pizza from a store with no human response to the mess-up after a 12-hour work day is not something you probably need in your life.

If there was a negative star you would be getting that which is sad because we have always gotten good food and GREAT customer service. The gentleman who delivered our food was FANTASTIC!! BUT my chicken wings were BLOOD RAW. Called to complain and the guy on the phone exact words to me was, "Well if you're not going to eat them I won't make you new ones to replace them." I didn't know what to say to his response other then I would be calling the manager in the morning and he said "Go for it". Very much a rude person you have lost our business for sure and all because of one employee with lousy customer service
