Property Tax folks have the worst attitude I have ever experienced and to make it worse they don't know what they are talking about. Please get Irvin Johnson out of office. Property Taxes are now 20% of my Revenue. He will put me out of business.

The year of the car determines whether you need an emissions test. If the car model is older than 25 years, or less than 3 years you do not need one. In your case, you will need an emissions test on both cars to receive a decal in 2020.

Once insurance is cancelled on a vehicle, your insurance company sends notification to the State database for that vin #. You have to cancel your registration or turn in the plate. Otherwise, if you received the letter regarding the fine, complete the back of it stating you no longer own it and take it in or mail it.
