Veterans are dying every day. Much is said about veteran suicide, but nothing is said about the ineptitude of TVHS. Same complaints and treatment for two years, but it took going to St Thinas-Rutherford by ambulance to find out about both kidney disease and a possible brain tumor- AFTER a same day visit to Alvin C York only to be told labs just fine. Not only problem with this place. A true killer hospital.

It is a rare event if I get my medication on time. This VA mails out medication and waits until you are almost out before shipping it. They use UPS next day. If they schedule a Friday delivery, I never get it until the follow Monday or Tuesday. They don't count 31 days on those months that have 31 days and short you a day. I have complained many times and they just don't care. I have ended up in the ER because my medication was five days late. I served in combat and this is how I ended up.
