Cooperate does not care about you and will go after you if you’re too good for the job. Don’t even think about applying here, you don’t get paid enough. Also most of the staff that work here don’t care about taking care of your elders. Don’t bring your veterans here and don’t apply here. It’s just bad news.

I interviewed here a while back for a cna job. Ive been in medical for 18years and this facility has been one of the nicest veterans state facilities I have ever seen. Coming from up north its a 5 stars for me. Very cleanly kept and the residents look happy. Keep up the good work and stay safe.

One star is being nice! My family lost their loved one and this one particular staff member that was on duty was so unprofessional and distasteful and rude to the children of the resident that just passed! I've heard many bad things of how Veterans get treated and to see first hand the treatment that a resident family experienced was beyond me! Now all the stories I've heard about the Veterans Home I'm starting to believe them, it's beyond me how staff can act in such a way as to tell a grirving family they can't cry that loud&they need to go see their dead mother body at the funeral home! I'm just amazed at my first experience visiting a Veterans Home I thought different due to the fact the patients fought for our country...

The staff and management of the Tennessee Veterans Home are truly angels walking among us in the care and compassion they show our veterans here in Middle Tennessee. I have never witnessed anything but the highest standard of care when I am visiting my friend there. And most importantly... He absolutely LOVES IT (the assistance they provide, the food they serve, the daily activities they provide, and all the other little things they do to make his day-to-day life so much better). They are TOP NOTCH in every regard!
