A 3rd world country service! Here is really bad, 3 hours waiting in the reception area and 45 mins inside the ER room waiting for the MD and another 45 mins for CT scan and another 1 hr to see the results.

Horrible wait time. Even if it's a true emergency they still make you wait 2 to 3 hours. My husband could not breath and was having a bad reaction to medication and they acted like nothing serious was happening to him. We are new to Kaiser and so regretting getting this insurance.

Much thanks to RN Dorian for taking care of my mom a few nights ago. Mom has dementia and had a fall that gave her a large gash in her head. She also has a few shin tears that needed tending. Dealing with someone with dementia isn’t easy and Dorian was onderful. I hope this positive review will get back to him so he knows he is appreciated. A new kind of horrible. Two stars for the staff who are overworked and doing the best they can. Both times I have had the misfortune to take my elderly parent here, I have been unable to get ANY updated information when calling in to learn how he is doing. As of the time of this review, my dad has been in the ER since 9:30 this morning. It is now after 4PM and I am told they are "too busy" to give me any update or information when I call in. I called in today at 1PM and was told they are too busy to give me an update and asked me to call back in half an hour. I just called back now (4:15PM) and was told the same thing. She asked me to call back in half an hour. All I want to know is how my dad is and are they keeping him or releasing him?
