this review is not for this specific location but Vitalant company itself. this summer my church held a blood donation event with Vitalant. I signed up and gave blood. Following that I have received at least 10 texts, phone calls and emails every week since then. They absolutely hound you. They would also call my phone and when I answered they would immediately hang up (A common scam track to see if the number is still in service so they can continue calling you). eventually I called back and when I spoke to a representative I simply asked them to take my number off the call list. I gave them my number and they even had caller ID yet the call agent still insisted for my personal information such as date of birth, address, etc. I was able to confirm that the number I was being called from and the emails I were receiving were in fact the official company email and phone number. I will not be donating with vitalant in the future as this is beyond ridiculous and borderline harassment.

Richard was great and I'm a hard blood draw. The entire process was less than 30 minutes and it did hurt at all.
