I bought my bike from here. It's a great bike. I've gone to this shop a few times for minor things like tubeless setup, free derailleur adjustment, etc. It's fine, however. When my rear axle came loose and my freehub fell apart. It lost a pawl spring and damaged a pawl. I came to the shop. They said they had to order an entire new freehub and basically refused to fix my current freehub cheap. It had to be replaced. They held my bike for over 2 months because they keep telling me that the parts haven't arrived. They would tell me that it will be ready by next week, then when I check in with them, they will say another week, again and again. When it was finally "fixed", I was so happy to just ride again. The bike was fine. Then months later on, I opened up the freehub for cleaning. I discovered that the freehub is entirely original. It's still broken. Looks like the shop just cleaned it up just enough for it to function fine. I've been riding with 2 functioning freehub pawls for months without knowing it. I found a broken spring, broken pawl, and fragments of broken pawl still inside. And the worst thing is that they charged me $200 for freehub... I researched and found out that new pawls set and springs are no more than $35 online. So I paid $200 for new freehub that I didn't get... I trusted them. Looks like I got scammed. Extremely disappointed. I'll be going elsewhere.

Just had a really bad experience at a Bike Source store two days ago. They have been bought by Specialized, making it a Specialized company store. I was returning a defective Blackburn bicycle pump, which has a lifetime warranty on it. The sales manager explained to me that they were purchased by Specialized less than a year ago, and that now, if you buy any item from their store that does not have a Specialized logo on it, you have to deal directly with the manufacturer of the defective item regarding warranty issues. Prior to this, they would have taken my defective pump from me, walked over to the wall, taken down the identical pump and handed it to me, and I would have walked out of the store with a replaced pump. Now, I am entirely on my own in having to deal with Blackburn to get a replacement pump. I won’t be buying anything from Bike Source in the future.

Excellent staff, knowledgeable and very helpful. We ordered 2 e bikes online, they were ready to pickup in less than a week. When we picked them up arron went over everything and asked us several times if we had other questions. They also provide support for time after you get them out the door. Excellent bike shop.
