Only residents can purchase a guest pass for a friend / family
There is a guest fee per visit, or as the other person suggested you xan probably buy a guest pass with so many visits per pass. The suggestion to call tje rec center is probably your best option.
I believe that it is usually Memorial Weekend... But I am not 100% certain.
Basically what everyone else has said. They can use some parts, the equipment requires paperwork and even then the options for equipment are limited at that age.
