Feb 2022 Came here because someone scratched up my car. I initially called after hours, leaving a message asking to make an appointment. The front desk guy, Hugh, called me back promptly the next business day. When I dropped off the car, he was very friendly and informative. He clearly told me what to expect, from the time it would take to finish the repair, text updates on the repair progress, and that he would call me when the car was ready. He also called to let me know the initial estimate. My car was fixed up like new, excellent work! The repairs were finished right on time (a week) and the final estimate was about $200 more than the initial estimate. The insurance claim process (Allstate) was also handled smoothly without any issues on my end. As a final note, neither Hugh nor the techs/mechanics wore masks when interacting with customers, though I noticed the techs wore masks in the shop.
