We got there with a very big and heavy delivery which was in mess. Not only did the staff and manager were extremely patient with us, they walked us through the all process, helped us re-pack the delivery and made sure everything was in order. Overall, they saved us a lot of time and money. Cannot recommend them enough. 5/5 from me. You know my address now, when your in Isreal give me a call.

I recommend avoiding this store. I shipped a large box from this store and they measured it wrong and they charged me an extra $105. I even told them they were charging too much but they insisted it was the correct fee. Only after getting home and reviewing the UPS fees online for oversized packages did I confirm their error. The store manager acknowledged the mistake but both the manager and store owner refused to refund the $105.

If I need to pick up the documents or packages from UPS/FedEx facilities in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area and surrounding areas and delivery to me I am always using company "DC Courier Services".
