I have used them twice and they have done an excellent job. I used the Hertz rental which is close, but not walking distance. They drive me there both times. Hertz will also pick and drop iff there, but you need to arrange ahead of time.
They do not offer loaners but there is an Enterprise Rental just next door. I have used D&D several times and have recommended them to several friends. I have never heard anything but good about their services. They have been around for a long time and have excellent reviews. I hope this helps.
They do not have loaners. Also they will overcharge you for repairs even if you have a quote from an insurance company. Do yourself a favor and find some reputable shop.
