I generally like FedEx but printing PDFs is terrible! For what I think is a standard 1-page PDF, I usually get DuckPDF.exe error and it takes a few minutes to try to open it but fails, which is pathetic and maddening!

I've been printing documents at FedEx Kinkos for years with no problem. Last night, I sent a document through their website to be printed at this Rockville location. The email confirmation said to expect a call within 30 minutes from the store. I waited for them to call but they never did. Two hours later, I finally called them. Over the phone, Alex quoted me a price of $46.26. Today when I went to pick up the item, the cashier said it cost over $60. Alex was there and said he made a mistake when we spoke on the phone. I asked if they could honor the $46.26 price. They said no. They said they could reprint it for roughly $50 if they gave me a coupon. Alex did not apologize and made it seem like they were doing me a favor for supposedly giving me a coupon. This could have all been remedied if they apologized or simply sold me the document for the price they told me over the phone. Instead they keep the document and I will never return.
