My husband ordered his and my food at 9:40pm on May 20 and left out his burrito and my guacamole in my burrito. They better REFUND him because that’s called laziness and stealing! If I was their boss I would fire such laziness. I know there’s better people out there that isn’t selfish in wanting to leave early. Disappointed

Service is so sloooooooooooow (30min standing in line-shame on me) and food quality has gone way down. DEFINITELY not the Chipotle I fell in love with ...and NO sofritas after 8pm? Didn't know that was a thing until today, after standing in line 30minutes I guess this is the only time I didn't pay extra for guac - having to settle for an actual veggie bowl .. It will be a HARD PASS for this location going forward

I order a steak burrito and it was decent. The meat had a little more fat than I would have liked, they charge extra for guacamole and are super greedy with it. The one thing that really bother me is the lack of care. The lady wrapping the burrito up with fold marked to hard and actually wrote on the tortillas.

New Quesadilla is pretty expensive compared to the other items for less food. Best value is a bowl. Always go in to get your food, if you order on an app, the skimp you out so much. We eat here a lot so I notice when they’re cheap with it. Not mad about it but the portions should be the same for every order. If you can’t go in to pick your food up, don’t even bother.
