New Mexican cuisine meets fine dining. Surf, turf, and chili peppers. Everything is good. Plates tend to be a little spicy as is their smokey flavored salsa (that I dream about).

This is high on my list to visit again. Somewhat random selection when looking at online map, this turned out to be a favorite. Staff was AMAZING. They worked quickly and and didn't let up to keep the patrons flowing. We arrived the night before and did not want to sit the long wait, so we made reservations for the next evening. We showed up on time, but even with a reservation, we waited more than 30 minutes. This place is very busy and we experience why. Again the staff was very busy keeping everyone happy. We enjoyed out server. The menu has variety to satisfy anyone's mood at dinner. On business trips, it's nice to find a high quality, good service location with variety to not get bored with the food. This is it! The chimichanga with soft and juicy shredded beef was excellent. I could not place the special herb or flavor added that provided a nice change to typical recipe and added a great punch to flavor. Guest with me ate the salmon wrap and enjoyed it very much. The french fries were also tasty with a modified ketchup what was included.

Stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday. The place was surprisingly busy, which we took as a good sign. And boy, we were not disappointed! First off, the salsa is excellent. It’s thick and has a wonderfully full, almost smoky flavor. We ordered the chimichelada and a pick 2 with the smoked pork tamale and carne adovada. Everything was top notch. The mushroom sauce on the chimichelada was bursting with flavor. The pork tamale was tender and delicious. But the real star of the show was the carne adovada. Absolutely amazing. Would definitely come back!

You definitely have to get in before the rush, but even then I've only ever waited maybe 15 minutes to be seated when it's busy. Service has always been pretty quick in my experience. The food is great!
Yes we do it's in the back of the restaurant
I haven't seen them do that yet. I don't think so but really, I don't know.
We are open but do not have a private area. Thank you.
They have dishes that do not use gluten, but not gluten free alternatives to their dishes. The Spooning rellenos are to die for, but they do use a light dusting of flour to bind the cornmeal breading. I have eaten gluten free for 15 years, but I make an exception with the rellenos and have never suffered an after effect.
My wife and i have been regular customers of the Blue Adobe Grille since it first opened over 20 years ago! We have never had what I would consider "bad" service! The servers are normally very prompt, very knowledgeable about their menu, and very friendly! As with any popular restaurant, they sometimes become busier than expected, and service can be a little slower than usual during those times. They are normally very well staffed during their peak hours, and service remains very prompt even with a full house! The menu is amazing, and the food is always very fresh and served immediately after its prepped! My menu favorite is the roasted pork Carne Adovada!!
I'm sorry I didnt... however everything I've eaten there was very good.
