Solid 5 star if the hot tub was working. Great service, clean room, easy location. Best Marriott eggs I have ever had at their breakfast buffet.

Had a horrible experience with hotel manager named Jesse. Our lock to our bedroom did not work. Our faucet to the tub leaked. The T.V. in our bedroom did not work. When we called the front desk, Jesse was rude and said since we had a lower rate that there was nothing he could do. When Jesse came to our room to try to fix the issues, he was rude again. We will never stay here again.

This hotel is trash in every way you can think. Front desk agents including the front desk managers do not make you feel welcome. Nobody here does their job and the only decent employee they have (Megan) works night shift. I am not somebody who writes reviews but in this case I find it necessary. I've worked for hotels before, I know how they operate... and this place makes their guests feel like they're a burden.
