We were disappointed that the pool was out of commission! The free breakfast was fine. They did not have creamer for coffee, because “it just goes bad.” What ever happened to powdered creamer? The staff was lovely.

The hotel over all was okay. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent, although could have had a little more variety. The cleanliness over all was just okay (Hallways dirty, rooms seemed like they needed a deep clean but not dirty). The beds were not comfortable and lumpy. The shower did not drain properly and the water was SCALDING hot no matter what way you turned the faucet. We were really looking forward to using the pool, but did not feel comfortable doing so. The pool looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time and the area around the pool was cracked and crumbling. Overall we felt like we paid way more than what the hotel was worth and did not add any positives to our vacation. unfortunately, we will not be staying at this location again. We were really hoping to like this hotel because it is very close to the family we were there visiting. One plus is the Native Wings restaurant that is in the same parking lot was fantastic!

‘Ew’ sums up my experience here. I got to the hotel at 10:30am. I asked if it was possible to check in early. The young lady at the front desk called house keeping and they said it would be a 30 minute wait. I’m thinking perfect, that works! I sat in their lobby as I waited and charged my phone. She didn't call me over so I checked back in with the front desk at 12pm which was way over the 30 minute wait. She called house keeping and the room was still not ready. Keep in mind, I’m watching other people get checked in early. Also as I was sitting there, housekeeping is vacuuming right by my feet, I had to put my feet on the chair which I found rude. At 1:45pm I finally had enough. I asked the lady at the front desk for another update. She called them and the room was still not ready. She said that they would be getting my room done on their “round 2” of cleaning. I think I was originally in a King sized bedroom. I asked if the other people who were being checked in had a reservation for Friday (I was there Saturday), she said no. The reason I asked was because I didn’t want to assume she was checking in others early but she was while I sat there for HOURS. Now I’m super frustrated. I asked her to put me in ANY room that was available, I was even willing to pay more. I wish she would have given me an option because I didn't care about the king sized bed. She found one immediately. She waived a fee for me because I waited for so long which I appreciate and I thanked her. I get to my room and it was a huge disappointment. Please see pictures. Visible stains, hair on the toilet and tube, marks on the ceiling, marks in random places, a liquid large wet spot in the carpet. I wasn’t comfortable showering and I squatted over the toilet the entire stay. The girl at the front was kind but to have me sit there for hours and not offer a solution is NOT okay. Especially when you are checking other people in early and I visibly see this. I decided to wait a few days before posting this so I can process everything. I can confidently say that I would never stay at this location again. It was gross!

One of the best hotels in mesa, friendly staff, not Ridgid or difficult to work with. Understanding, respectful, & accommodating. Free breakfast every morning. Vending machine is affordable.. other hotels mark up price ridiculous 3x the cost.. stayed here almost 30 days.. the staff liked my wife and the cleaners were very helpful while carry a industrious character to them selves.

The pool if it is open and has a jacuzzi in the weight room I would not know what to tell you, but it is a recommendable hotel a week ago I was in that place for a month and I was comfortable
It is in a decent area. I would say that it's in the middle. It is not a rich area and it's not a poor area.
They have a lunch and dinner contract service. ("Room Service") The offer a "Bag To Go Breakfast". We were able to have food delivered by our choice of available services. . Restaurants are open in the area.
You will have to call the days in on I 10 and elliot. Rd. That's the office for the best western plus on gilbert
This place messed up my 3 day reservations because they typed in wrong name and said I only had a 2 day reservations. It took me 3 hrs to get them to figure out they were wrong and caused me to miss an appointment.
Just call the front desk it's super easy
If you have an adult with you there is no age limit. If you have a question just ask the front desk and they will tell you
