A well earned one star experience starting with the staff at check-in. Always a bad sign when the six people in front of you are complaining or discussing being over charged. The attitudes are not unlike people who know the won't be working there too long. You're going to get charged a deposit double your room rate that will come direct out of your account but won't go back into your account for week on the back end. The rooms are just as delightful . Mine was a like former crime scene that had been half cleaned up. The carpets are 10 years past replacement dates, the bathroom 15 years. Nice location thoughπ

This is, by far, the least helpful staff I've ever encountered at a so-called "3 star" hotel. The wait is so long just to even speak to someone in the lobby that the staff's shrugs and vapid responses are maddening; interesting that they don't know where the laundry room is or what the laundry app is called (?). Oh, and don't bother with the "breakfast": it's just cereal and waffles with some poor excuse for coffee (and I hope you like being serenaded by contemporary Christian music first thing in the morning). The rooms don't get cleaned every day either, and when they do, they don't replace the toilet paper. We had to switch to a new room after freezing through the first night due to a broken heater (mid-winter). The beds are what I'd expect for a much cheaper *motel*, and my back is killing me. I don't ever go into hotels with high expectations, but this place is too awful to not mention on a review. Don't let the nice photos fool you- this is, at best, a 1.5 star place, and it's way overpriced for the quality.

This place used to be beautiful. Now it is run down falling apart. Our room had mold on the ceiling, holes in the wall just filled with putty not painted over. The beds were so bad that they both sagged in the middle and Staines in the old carpet. The offer a free breakfast. It was cereal, one pot of runny oatmeal and a waffle maker also there was a rude man at the door. Also at check in they said they needed 100.00 to hold in the room in case of extra charges. It would not be charged to the room if we didn't use it. Five days later it hits my bank with the 100.00 charge and we had no additional charges. I highly recommend no one stays at this hotel!

This place seems like a homeless shelter! Most of the people I encountered while staying here smelled like they hadn't showered in some time and many seemed to be tenants rather than guests staying for just a day or two. Housekeeping never came to clean our room or give us fresh towels. The ice machine by our room was not functioning. Our room smelled strongly of smoke and I noticed that most people stood outside their room with the door open smoking. The pool workers smoked while they cleaned the pool which made it terrible to try to enjoy using the pool. The Continental breakfast was decent though, and the pool itself was nice. The hot tub wasn't any different temperature wise than the pool though, so they probably shouldn't advertise that they have one. If you're looking for a super cheap place to stay and don't mind smoky rooms and body odor, this might be just the place for you. I however, won't be back.
