My daughter and I are at the Mesa Country Inn hotel from 4/22/2022 to 4/24/2022. We had purchased ahead of time a pool side suite but upon arrival today we were told that our room was being remodeled. It would have been nice to have been given a call so we could have made other arrangements as we were looking forward to the time together to have nice pool access. I asked if my room could then be discounted but was explained that because my new room was more expensive, they would not do that. Unfortunately I am not interested in a more expensive room but wished to have the poolside room. It is not my issue that the hotel had to put me up in an upgraded room (which really does not seem to be an upgrade). I think it would have been the right thing to have management say, “we are very sorry for this inconvenience and for not calling you; is there something we can do for you?” A simple small discount would have been evidence that the management is customer friendly. When management is that rigid, it tells me a lot about the hotel.

Excellent rooms here for a great price! The front desk people were very friendly, the other people who stayed here were not drug addicts (which u find at many other hotels all the time), the pool and hot tub was fun, the breakfast in the morning was great and everything was nice and clean! Will definitely go back!

This is the cleanest and most modern Country Inn & Suites hotel I have booked. The staff is very helpful, and made the check in process seamless. The hotel is extremely clean and well laid-out, also the decor is very modern. I had a great stay, my room is very comfortable, clean and spacious. The hotel also provides a very good complementary breakfast, and the hotel is in a perfect location, with multiple restaurants in walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting the Mesa area.

I had a good stay here but there were a number of things that detracted from the stay. There were many broken things in the room that I reported - and they jumped on it immediately mind you - but these were obvious things that the cleaning staff seemed to have ignored. Upon leaving there were no luggage carts available which was an inconvenience. The complimentary breakfast was ok, but was not the best and I would have enjoyed a fast food meal more. The e-card keys kept losing the ability to open the door. Also, and this is nit picking, I stayed in one of their special suites, which they label and call Emerald, or Diamond etc room's. When they gave me the key, it simply had the room number... these suites aren't numbered at all, which meant I was trying my key in various doors till I found the right one. All that being said, the staff were mostly extremely gracious and helpful and they helped make it an enjoyable stay.
