Usually a satisfied customer and a big whataburger fan. However today our order was taking a bit longer than usually to be brought to our table and we could see it sitting on the order up area. After a few more minutes and getting frustrated we saw two managers playing with a paper airplane. Quickly standing up and going over to confront then about our order one manager said to me "oh this is not my store" he then checked and found that the order we had been watching was indeed ours. He then walked it over to our table with me following behind and delivered it to us.

I love Whataburger BUT this place, HORRIBLE. I got a number 1 with Cheese and Jalapenos on the side and 1st off they didn't even give me anything on the side. The food was so old and Dry. My cheese wasn't even melted and the bread was hard, and the pickles they put in my burger were all dried up as well. So disappointed ! Oh I also waited 20 minutes in the drive through which by the time I got my food my ice melted that was in my drink.

Great service. Staff is nice and happy to take your order and the restaurant is pretty clean. There was an honest mistake made in regards to my order being given out to someone else and the manager rectified it immediately and apologized profusely. I appreciated their effort. There is a mcdonald’s down the street from this location that would not have done anything at all about it. I appreciate you guys!

Staff was cleaning tables. We sat down and he asked us if we would like our table cleaned off. The food arrived quickly and was hot. It was very good. Staff were friendly.
