Medium to large park. Has a horseshoe pit with 12 pits. For its size has almost no family visitors. Basketball Courts had total of two people. Parking lots almost empty. Many very beautiful old trees but almost no birds. Bathrooms in good but abused by users. Playground which is probably the most interesting of park playgrounds had very few children and parents. Park is underutilized.

Love the playground and equipment! Big open grassy areas. See saw swing, baby swings, cool climbing structures, slides and small sand area. Bathrooms and splash pad too! There was several questionable characters around though that look like they might be living there or nearby.

Really enjoyed the Saturday night food truck Feastival. We were visiting from out of team for a kids' sports competition and did our team dinner here. The park is beautiful, expansive and with many features. Loved the fountain/splash pad at night. Will definitely return on our next visit to Mesa.

It's definitely something to bring up to the Mesa Parks and Recreation. They're usually pretty good about making those fixes.
This is how he was taking care of himself at the beginning but it seems that he is not. It also seems that they have taken away light but after all it is very beautiful.
