I only came here for my son to do his state testing for the school he goes to. I can only rate the appearance and the feel of the place so this rating is not about service of rooms or rooms in general. This hotel is pretty sweet on the inside,. It is atrium style and snazzy. Their is a cool restaurant that is in the atrium area. Pool is normal size nothing super fancy in that area but I really think if the rooms were decently priced or even in mid range it is worth it.

Had a wonderful experience with the DoubleTree. The room was clean, the hotel was beautiful, and the staff were ALL friendly and accommodating. From the front desk to the bartenders they all made our weekend fantastic. The highlight was definitely finally getting my picture of Brendan Fraser for the room! Thanks Amy and DoubleTree hotel staff!

It was clean and generally fine, but there were just a lot of little things that were not as nice as other doubletree hotels I've been to. The bed only had one out of four soft pillows, the shower smelled like mold, the toilet didn't flush properly, there was no microwave in our room, and they didn't give us a cookie at check in. The parking lot was also a little sketchy as it was shared with a stores and a restaurant. It also had signs everywhere saying "park at your own risk" for hotel guests.

Absolutely WONDERFUL! The lobby was extravagant and even had a bar and a place to get tons of snacks. The elevators were very cool- they had a window to see as you went up/down and we're actually quite fast. The breakfast was amazing and had a great variety- eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, cereal and more. I stayed in a junior sweet. The beds were so comfortable as well as the pillows. The entire room was very clean, to the point of which if you looked you wouldn't be able to find even a speck of dirt. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I would love to stay here again.
