I feel like the put us in the farthest corner because we were traveling with children. Kudos to them for looking out for the other guests and giving us the most privacy. Super clean rooms, huge tubs, nice layout. Worth every penny. Continental breakfast was subpar, but it was food.

If I could give this hotel negative stars, I would. I would highly recommend paying a little more to stay in a MUCH nicer hotel! To start, this hotel is not owned or operated by Best Western any longer. All of the amenities that are marketed (happy hour, dinner service) are non-existent. If you want to eat here, you better have a car to get food because there are no restaurants, no room service and the continental breakfast was a disaster! The waffle machine was down, so there were no waffles, coffee, eggs and sausage ran out by 8:30am and we were informed they would not be refilling it even though breakfast service was to go until 9:30am...choices that remained for breakfast were english muffins and cereal. Upon check in, I told the employee that I need a complimentary shuttle by 9am to the airport, he responded "ok" and never wrote my name down even though the sign up front said to make sure a ride is scheduled because capacity is limited. Not surprising, the shuttle was NOT available until 9:20am the next morning, even after I was in the lobby waiting with my 4-year-old at 8:30am. I complained multiple times telling the front desk employee that I scheduled a time the night before and I was going to miss my flight. The response was, "this is a complimentary service, so calm down!" I did almost miss my flight was only 15 minutes to spare. I overheard one front desk lady literally yelling at a customer on the phone. Every employee that is employed at this location has ZERO professionalism (hygiene lacking, unshaven, wrinkled clothing, rude and unfriendly...I could go on and on.) When I finally made it up to my room, all lamps and alarm clocks were unplugged. After calling for service on both my TV and my telephone, neither of which worked, both were plugged into the wrong outlet. They replaced my phone with a NASTY, dirty phone that looked like it hadn't been cleaned since it's original purchase date in 1983. Bedding was thin, pillows were subpar at best and felt like you were sleeping on a lumpy rock. The room is so dusty and dirty that by morning, my son with allergies and asthma was so stuffy he couldn't breathe. The bathroom off the lobby has dirty, used tampons on the floor.... Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. You won't regret it.

The room was nice, the front counter was great. Breakfast was the saddest thing I have ever seen!! Super salty sausage, good scrambled eggs and that is about it. No toast, yogurt, fruit, waffles or even a little sweet treat. If you are vegan you are out of luck in a major way!! Would stay again for the room but with no expectations of a free breakfast with it.

I recently went on a business trip and my company booked this hotel for my stay. Only positive thing was the hotel and my room was clean. Other than that, there was no positive comment I could leave. Hotel felt like you were in a time warp back into the 90s. It took about 45min-1hr to check in and about the same to check out. I don’t blame the staff, I blame the hotel chain and it’s system. My personal room had a thermostat that didn’t function and the room itself was just really old and dated. I would never stay here again and be reluctant to stay at any Best Western again. I figured I would give it a chance. I’m a member of Hilton honors, Marriott Bonvoy, and Hyatt, can’t tell you how much of a world of difference it is from the customer service experience to aesthetics to the hotel and rooms.

If you stay at hotel one night call
No
Parking is all outdoors and uncovered. We stayed a week with a very nice rental with no issues.
Yes
Yes.
Yes they have a bar that is open until 10pm. They serve appetizers while the supply lasts. Dinner is a light meal for 5 dollars and you have to purchase it at the front desk.
