Erica at the front desk was so curious and professional. Seem to make the day brighter every time I walked in our out of the door I was greatest very pleasantly. Great pool area and jacuzzi. Beds were great!! Very comfy and great pillows.

Nice place. A good amount of the rooms have nice big balconies. I requested a room with a balcony and got one. Clean rooms with fridge and coffee. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff in person. Bar that serves basic breakfast with free coffee and juices and bar menu for supper.

Hotel is nice, rooms have always been clean. Staff is super nice and helpful. A few minor things I personally didn't like. The bathroom doors do not lock and are semi see through. Only showers, no bathtub. There's not a guide on the TV.

My hubby and I were on vacay and decided on this hotel because it was closest to our daughters house. From the minute we walked in the door until the minute we left the staff made the entire stay enjoyable! Every single staff member we came across met us with a big smile and hello, or have a nice day, or welcome back! And I mean every single one!!! I made sure to let Erica the manager know. We have stayed at alot of IHG hotels and this one is the most remarkable so far! I'm not saying any of the others were bad - but this was above and beyond the normal customer service experience!!! Great job Erica!! Your team rocks!!!
