I'm retired military and have tricare for insurance. First- do you take that and if not how much is it, Second- wife is dealing with depression, angziatiy, and a few other things, marriage is also in need of major help

If you're deliberately cutting your arm, and it wasn't an accident, I would advise you to call Apex Counseling Services and ask to speak to one of their counselors. For your own safety. Please, call them or someone. Do not hurt yourself!
