They picked up and delivered rug on time. Rug is 29ft X 16ft very large. Rug had several stains and when returned rug looked new. Could not have been more pleased.

For deeper cleaning, we recommend having your area rugs professionally cleaned about once a year at our area rug cleaning facility in Gainesville. Of course, if your rug is in a high traffic area or you have pets or little ones that are causing spills or stains, we recommend having your rugs cleaned more frequently, as needed.
