2 stars for good customer service once your there. However, every single time I have rented a car from this location (many times in a year), they never have the sedan I reserved, it’s ALWAYS a minivan. At one point on a Sunday night, I waited 45 minutes in line and listened to person after person in front of me feel extreme disappointment when they reserved a sports car or a luxury SUV and were handed keys to a minivan with a shrug of the shoulders and a “sorry all we have is minivans, take it or leave it”. When your trapped at an airport, you don’t have many options. The worst part it that if you dare try and get in contact with the airport location, you can’t… they literally told me from corporate that it is impossible because they do not allow that location to take calls. I’ve just never heard of this before from any other agency. Hire more staff and get fewer vans. There are so many complaints about the reservation system, I just don’t understand why it’s so difficult to resolve. If you want what you reserve, go with national and pay the extra money, it’s worth it.

This place is a joke. Had a repair to my personal vehicle so warranty dept. Referred me to enterprise for a rental after 16 days they demanded car back or they would report stolen and still charged my card 1800 dollars. When it is covered by insurance. I try to get explanation but manager Jaclyn just demanded I leave premises or police would be called. Contact insurance company attorney to push this situation. Enterprise will rob you. Don't go here. By any means.

Rented a car online weeks in advance. Flight got delayed until the next day. I called to let them know and I was told they put a 24 hour hold on our car and updated the flight information so it would still be there when we arrived. When I arrived to pick up the car I was told by manager they rented the car to someone else. He said he wished he could do something but he couldn’t. Looking at other reviews, it looks like this happens often. Don’t use this enterprise location.
