Booked a cargo van 3 months in advance.6/12/22 ( k15641354d4) Called and spoke to Emily and Paris on 7/20 and 7/13 to make sure the van is ready and available for a competition we are attend. Arrived at 10 am to find out they had all my info but No Cargo van. Spoke with manager Ashley who could cars less said they don’t have any and nothing she can do about it !! Said I can have a SUV ( take it or leave it ) I have to now rent A I haul trailer to bring all our stuff called district manager Adam several times zero call back !! So not happy they had 3 months to tell me they could not get me a cargo van as I needed !! District manager returned my call finally and was like they gave you a SUV upgrade what more do you want ? Hmmmm a cargo van like I paid for ???? He did not care at all I will contact BBB and his supervisor upon return I had to rent a uhaul to pull behind the SUV to fit all our equipment so not happy

Prepaid and reserved a vehicle 10-days in advance. Arrived today to pick up my rental and after waiting in they lobby for approximately 15 minutes I’m told they have absolutely zero vehicles available today. Oh - and they cannot refund me at the store. Doing so online, they want to charge me $100 Hertz is a joke. (But not a funny one)
