Torn meniscus….Dr. Jaffe. Outstanding experience from pre-op to surgery. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to Dr. Jaffe treated me with extreme kindness and care. Zero pain after surgery….walking about 2 days later. Highly recommended.

This review is NOT about my medical care (which was fine), it's about billing. I drove over two hours out of my way to come here for four appointments because they told me they accepted my insurance and told me what everything would cost. Over the past few months, I've gotten multiple bills from TOI in the mail that more than doubled my costs so far and when I asked for a explanation I got no response. Just more bills. And I still don't know if they're going to charge me extra for my fourth appointment. But it strikes me as very unethical to tell me one price and then increase it by 250% after the fact. I should have just stayed close to home and paid out of pocket.
