Shopping here has been the best retail experience I’ve ever had, and I absolutely love my new shoes. I’m a women’s size 12 and shoe shopping is the bane of my existence, but Lauren helped me the entire time. She was so nice and knowledgeable, but didn’t try to work me like a salesman. I got the On Cloudtec and insoles, and they’re worth every penny. Lauren is the best, and now I look forward to putting my shoes on, being on my feet all day and heading to the gym!

Absolutely incredible! I came in with the thought of being fitted for new shoes but never in a million years would have thought my husband would have found a pair he had to have too! The staff was amazing and very attentive. We purchased the membership as we have intentions of visiting again soon.
