I have been purchasing the brown 300 puff disposable pod that has JUS but manufactured by Nicopure Labs LLC. Out of a box of 10 4 to 5 do not work. The tar is sitting in the bag. 2 got so hot they burnt my fingers. The light on the pod would not go out. I threw in water and was still hot. Had to throw outside. I notified Nicopure Labs and was told that they would not replace the 9 pods that did not work. They told me to notify the FDA which is tomorrow. This is very wrong that they are discontinuing this product so they do not feel they need to take care of their customers.

I’m instructed by Google to describe my experience at this place in Florida, but my dealings have all been via email/website. In those experiences, I can’t recall a single incident in which I was disappointed. The juice is of a rare high quality and is as safe as possible. Halo runs special promotions like buy 2 get 1 free and/or free shipping on orders over a certain dollar amount, and I like finding bargains. My only complaint would be the child-proofing the juice; they used to be glass bottles with a glass dropper integrated into the cap, with sizes up to 100ml. Now they use plastic squeeze bottles with a tiny nipple and not more than 30ml. My dominant hand was mangled in a car crash, so I have to use a channel-lock to squeeze these plastic bottles. Otherwise, quality juice, decent hardware, and a reasonable price.

Best RY4 type eliquid (Tribeca) on the market. Believe me, it's the only flavor profile I enjoy and I've tried dozens of them in the past eight years. Their customer service is TERRIBLE and for that they lose a couple stars.

Wow! After questioning the quality of juice I was purchasing from other brands, where it was manufactured (hint, hint - most seem to be made in China) My coworker turned me on to Halo Cigs. I placed my first order for 2 of their tobacco flavors and all I can say is you taste the difference. This is now the only company I trust. Ask yourself, where is the liquid you vape made, what ingredients are they using, and who's making it. Halo has been around many years for a reason. I found my forever juice!
