Our family lived here for close to 5 years the rent is a little pricey for the livable space you have but I loved our time here. Maintenance is awesome and front office is super responsive. I almost burned down our unit 😬 and i did crash into the gate😬 and they were not judgemental which was nice because I felt really goofy after those incidents haha

While we didn’t rent through them (found a house), Kesha was wonderful! She was quick to answer any questions I had and was very understanding. The tour was great and she couldn’t have been nicer!

They rented me an unrenovated unit, with some type of mysterious black tar on the balcony. Long story short someone got into that black tar and $1,400 later we find out it's meth.
