Yes, we are DOT certified for both urine drug testing and breath alcohol testing and follow the DOT’s 10 steps to collection site security and integrity for all testing.

We are not doing any COVID-19 testing at our location. As a non-medical facility the only lab testing we do pertains to drug, alcohol and DNA testing.
We offer a 5 panel and a 5 panel with extended opiates for testing with the Sweat Patch. The 5 panel includes: Amphetamine, Methamphetamine, Cocaine, Codeine, Morphine, Heroin, Marijuana and PCP; the Extended Opiates adds: Hydrocodone, Hydromorphone, Oxycodone and Oxymorphone. The Sweat Patch can stay on your skin up to 14 days with the overlay that we apply over the patch. You can still shower, bathe, exercise and swim just like you normally would while wearing the Sweat Patch.
