The grass needs mowed, the mosquitos are horrible because of the river, and the driveway has more potholes than inside Seattle city limits. They DO NOT take care of the place.

Very nice quiet and very secure RV Park. Management is very on top of things. They keep things safe insecure and it's very very quiet which is nice. Highly recommend this place great place to live.

Love this place. I feel like family away from home. The owner's are fair and just plain good folks. It's directly across from the Skagit River. Close enough to town that you can walk if you're active enough. Yet everything is in perfect driving distance. Very affordable as well.

I live here full time, yes there are more luxurious parks. Its affordable, quiet and secure and very convenient to shopping and dining. It must not be that bad, as it's almost always full. And people return yr after yr.

Yes, they have laundry machines and two shower rooms. Both are horrible. Showers have mold and the machines don't work.

I don't believe there is an age limit for RV'S
Do they've allow dogs if so any deposits breed rescritions?
