We did not stay here, but I never will. We were visiting Burlington to watch our granddaughter play soccer and to celebrate her sisters' birthdays. Their family was staying at this Koa. So we drove out from our hotel to this Koa to have a brief birthday party with a cake and gifts for them. Staff there refused to let us in stating they were full and there was no guest parking, but if we paid $50 we could walk in and spend 45 min. With our family. We couldn't believe they would be so inflexible with whatever rules they say they were following. We refused to pay this fee and our kids came out to the main parking lot to get their gifts and take their cake to their RV

One of the most well-maintained campgrounds we have every been to. Everything from the sites, to the kid's toys, to the mini golf was very clean and groomed. We are already planning our next stay at this same location! The campers were respectful as well. The staff extremely friendly. The sites were large with pull-throughs and the patios are such a nice touch! The sites were also very level, which was wonderful. Highly recommend staying here. It's just a few mins from shopping if you should need anything as well. We went golfing quite a bit, and there are many courses within just a few mins - not to mention the little Skagit casino literally around the corner!

It’s a lovely campground but we arrived an hour early and surprised to find out they charge $10 for early check in . You can’t bring your own firewood because they want to charge you to buy theirs . The hot tub has an icky feeling with a large tile wall going through the middle of the tub. I feel it should be cut down to the water line so that we don’t feel so claustrophobic while sitting in there . Mentally you won’t feel relaxed while in there . The pool is very dark, needs windows for natural lighting.

FYI When making a On-line reservation BEWARE!!! When in the reservation payment screen the Cancellation Policy is the Standard Cancellation for KOA $10 Cancellation Fee excluding summer, The ACTUAL Burlington/Anacortes Cancellation policy is in the INFO page on main page of Website. Which is up to 50% of the deposit for Space if notice is not 30 Days notice. I made this reservation on 3/25 and today is 3/29. They will not budge. They have a very nice Campground so it is sad that all the negative reviews are accurate. I have stayed here before (bad experience with management very grumpy and do not care if you are happy or not) and I was reluctant to stay here again but my husband said give it one more try. But our plans changed out of our control so I needed to cancel. I was charged $70.00 for 17 day notice to cancel NON SUMMER SEASON(see policy), which I guess I should be thankful for since they say they are outside the guidelines of KOA POLICY and can do what they want. BUYER BEWARE!!

Depends which type of cabin and what season you stay. Price varies I think higher during peak season
There are Outside Doors With Combo Locks. The laundry closes though
I think 65 but call tgem
Each site is different. It depends if you need/want full hookups or tenting ect. Our full hook up site was $65/night
Pets are allowed at the campground but you should call to find out about spot avalibilty.
I am sure they will tell you if you ask them.
