I took my grandmother to an appointment along with my mother. This was her second visit with the physician. He was not very pleasant to my mother and I during her (grandmother’s) appointment. My grandmother speaks no English so we translate for her. The physician was very annoyed when I asked him to slow down so I may translate her test results. We asked him questions and told us “this very common sense stuff, it’s not rocket science”. I asked a question about the test results and his response was “I already told you, didn’t you listen.” My thoughts are you may be great at you do and have many recognitions but it’s your demeanor towards people that matters to me. I didn’t appreciate the physician’s attitude towards my grandmother and myself. I accept she’s getting older and have memory lost but don’t disrespect people for loving and caring for their love ones. I suggest he reviews his oath as a physician and seek to attend a seminar on how to speak to patients family members. We all have off days but how I spoke to us was unacceptable! Hopefully he treats other patients better.

If I could put a zero I would. The appt was scheduled for over five months in advance. I was in the room waiting on the dr and the Office manager came in and told me they would not see me cause I didn’t have insurance and it was past due. I do have insurance and I just paid the premium and I even took my phone out and showed her the screenshot of my payment I made. I talked to the insurance company and they said have them call me and they would fax the information over and the office manager refused to do so. I’m other words they are not helpful and the office manager is rude and does not know how to talk to people. Very unprofessional

I have been going to Dr. Liss almost 20 years. I was having severe migraines, had run out of hope for any relief. We exhausted all medicines, then we tried Botox. He told me it was a 50/50 chance of it working. It worked for me. I get Botox every 3 months. Plus I have a great Dr., and friend!! He is the Best! Thank You!!!
