Back in March 2021, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was numb and scared as to what was to come. I was referred to Dr. Jain to review my case and go over options so that I could make the best possible decision. After several test, that decision was made for me and I had to get a bilateral mastectomy done. After meeting with Dr Jain and his staff, they reassured me that I would not go through this alone and that him and his staff would be right there with me and they were. I was scared before the surgery but when I arrived at the hospital my nerves were calm. Not just because I'm a strong woman of faith and I knew God would see me through this but I also had faith in Dr. Jain. I can say that he knows what he is doing and he truly cares. After surgery I had very little pain and I was not nauseous. The steps he has you do the day before and the morning of surgery prepares you for that day and it truly works. If you are reading this, then you are trying to decide what Dr. is best for you. I can assure you that you will not regret choosing Dr. Jain. He is the best around and he has the best staff.

Initially I was interested in getting a tummy tuck. When I went in for a consult I was given pricing for cool sculpting instead. They told me that the doctor wouldn’t even do a consult with me. For cool sculpting, I was told that each session would be discounted for a military discount and promotional pricing. I didn’t feel quite right about having an entirely different procedure than what I have wanted for years but was assured that I could have my $8,000 refunded, minus the session cost I was quoted, if I wasn’t happy with the first sessions results. Well… after one session (inner thigh area) I asked for a refund so that I could go for the tummy tuck that I had originally wanted. They kept nearly $3,000 of my $8,000!! They claim that one session of cool sculpting treatments totaled that much. Just an area the size of my palm on each inner thigh… nearly $3,000 for one session!! There was no noticeable difference after 3 months of recovery and it was nowhere near the prices that I was quoted. It was even higher than the pre-discount prices that I was quoted!! The price I was quoted was $300 per attachment. I had 4 attachments for that one session. This should have been a cost of just $1200. I expressed how I was expecting more of a refund and I asked to speak to someone about the billing issues. They told me that they would have someone call me about it. I asked them to leave me a message if I did not answer as I cannot have my phone on at work. That was over a month ago and NO ONE has called me back. In fact, I’ve tried to call about this and have just been told that I’ll get a callback, again. Still nothing. This practice is a fraud. The way that they treated me was disgraceful. If this is how they treat me, a military widow, they will certainly do this to any one. Save yourself money and stress by finding a more reputable cosmetic surgeon. Stay away from this practice, especially if you’re military!!
